Full order was received and no manufacturing details satisfactorily.
Regarding the shipment of the order, it was not as expected since it was carried out on 14/1/24 and it could hardly be dispatched on 6/3/24, being received on 2/4/24. This failure in the shipment generated a significant loss of time and money, since said merchandise could not be placed on the market in time when required. It should be noted that no compensation was received for delay of the order and that is quite unfortunately since we trust the punctuality of the supplier.

We only accept orders after the Spring Festival holiday and arrange production and delivery after the holiday. We have also asked you about this.
